Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Veralúmi Collective LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Veralúmi Collective LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations after an order has been placed.
